Cancellation Policy
SALON POLICIES
To ensure a relaxing and efficient experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:
Studio Space
As I work in a private studio, space is limited. For this reason, no extra guests, including children, are permitted during your appointment.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your original appointment.
Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid additional charges.
* Cancellations or reschedules made 24–48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
* Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
* 10+ minutes late: $10 late fee.
* 15+ minutes late: Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Future Appointments
Clients with an unpaid cancellation or no-show fee will be required to pay the balance before booking any future appointments.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds.
